The library serves as a backbone to all collegiate activities. Our library houses a multitude of text and reference materials, journals, and magazines which have been conscientiously picked from a number of national and international professional institutions. All students have uninterrupted access to the library resources.
A computer lab rigged with the current software constitutes an indispensable fraction of our campus. An immense measure of space is dedicated for students to learn independently in an invigorating milieu.
At Chefs Institute the faculty acts as guidance tutors for the students. They will be a philosopher and guide to the students and will monitor their academic advancement and individual development. Our instructors are well experienced in their calling with practical and theoretical experience for more than 30 years in various five star hotels in Europe, America and the Middle East. Internationally acclaimed professors from the best known institutions are periodically invited to share their knowledge and experience with our students, These interactions provide the Chefs institute scholar with a global prospective and truly international edge.
All students will be given internship and after the culmination of the course, training will be provided with stipend, food and accommodation (optional). After the successful completion of training the students will be sanctioned to use our placement service at no further cost.
Students in this region deficit the obligatory standard in spoken English. To comply with the requirement of the industry the students have to amend their communication skills. To procure this objective one hour will he set aside once a day for English classes where all the four language skills will be tackled. Also, students will be shown videos related to the Hotel and Catering Industry.
